Responsibilities:
- Analyze shop user behavior and conversion funnels to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
- Provide full-cycle A/B test analytics: design evaluation plans, run analysis, and report results.
- Define and monitor KPIs that measure shop performance and user experience at scale.
- Specify tracking requirements, support QA of frontend tracking, and ensure data accuracy.
- Build and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics to enable stakeholder decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate insights into product changes.

Requirements:
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and analysing large datasets.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce metrics, funnel analysis, and web analytics (GA4 experience a plus).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar) to build clear dashboards.
- Solid understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical inference.
- Experience with customer segmentation and cohort analysis in e-commerce contexts.
- Proactive, stakeholder-oriented communicator with attention to data quality.
- Nice to have: Python, Google BigQuery, and familiarity with Git.
