Responsibilities:
- Design, build and own end-to-end data pipelines and dbt transformations on BigQuery to power analytics, AI and growth use cases.
- Orchestrate and operate workflows with Dagster; implement monitoring, testing, alerting and recovery for reliable pipelines.
- Improve pipeline performance, maintainability and observability as volumes and business needs grow.
- Partner with analysts and data scientists to deliver well-modeled, self-serve datasets and operationalize AI/LLM workflows.
- Build marketing attribution models and reverse ETL flows to send trusted conversion data back to ads/platforms; integrate external APIs and vendors.
- Establish platform standards for data quality, testing, documentation and governance.

Requirements:
- Strong production experience with SQL, dbt and BigQuery and a solid background in dimensional/data modeling.
- Proficient in Python and modern orchestration tools (Dagster, Airflow or equivalent) and CI/CD practices for data workloads.
- Experience building observability, testing and recovery processes for data pipelines and integrating AI/LLM workflows.
- Familiarity with reverse ETL, marketing attribution, API integrations and tools for activation (e.g., Hightouch/Census) is a plus.
- Collaborative mindset, ownership of complex systems and experience shipping reliable data products to stakeholders.
