Responsibilities:
- Join a cross-functional team to design, build and operate the broker platform for retail investing.
- Implement backend services using Kotlin/Java, Spring Boot and GraphQL; containerize with Docker.
- Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform; ensure reliable CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
- Drive high code quality: write testable, documented code, perform code reviews, and automate regression tests.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with product, security and operations teams.
- Advocate for scalable architectures (DDD, microservices, distributed systems) and mentor peers.
Requirements:
- University degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and/or Java, Spring Boot, GraphQL and Docker.
- Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with GDPR, security best practices and production observability.
- Strong analytical thinking, clear stakeholder communication and product-oriented mindset.
- Advantageous: experience with domain-driven design, microservices, distributed architectures or financial services.
