Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end product work for tax-related client experiences and internal enablement tools.
- Define and improve how client tax master data is collected, validated and structured for downstream systems.
- Design intuitive, compliant self-service tax features (overviews, submissions, interactions) for domestic and international clients.
- Build internal workflows and tooling to enable tax calculation engines and streamline manual processes.
- Collaborate with engineers, domain experts and compliance to create roadmaps, write user stories and validate requirements.
- Measure impact, iterate on UX and ensure regulatory alignment across jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years’ experience in product or related roles, ideally in fintech, banking or regulatory domains.
- Strong analytical skills, UX affinity and experience translating business needs into clear product requirements.
- Familiarity or strong interest in tax concepts (e.g., CRS) and regulatory processes; willingness to learn domain-specific terms.
- Comfortable with agile tools and practices (Jira, Confluence, Figma) and working closely with engineers and stakeholders.
- Clear communication skills, stakeholder management and attention to data quality and compliance.
- Proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ability to balance user needs with operational constraints.
