Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the product roadmap from discovery through launch for one or more Diligent solutions.
- Act as the voice of the customer: gather insights, validate needs, and translate them into clear user stories and priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing) to deliver high-quality experiences across web, mobile, and desktop.
- Write and maintain technical and functional requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure timely delivery.
- Track product performance and user engagement; run analysis to inform iterative improvements and strategic decisions.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to inform roadmap choices and product positioning.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience, with significant recent experience in SaaS products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated business acumen.
- 1–3 years of domain/market expertise relevant to the product area.
- Experience writing technical and functional requirements and interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating with multiple development teams; CSPO or similar certification is desirable.
