Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and execution for Enterprise features focused on workflow lifecycle, developer experience, and production operations.
- Define environment/promote flows, versioning, rollback, branching, and conflict-resolution workflows for mission-critical automations.
- Design Git-based source control and developer tooling that integrates n8n into modern software workflows.
- Build observability and operational UX: monitoring, performance metrics, usage insights, and multi-instance visibility.
- Define secrets/variables management and cross-environment configuration for secure enterprise deployments.
- Lead cross-functional discovery with enterprise customers, engineering, design, and sales; prioritize work with clear business and technical criteria.
Requirements:
- Proven experience shipping complex enterprise or developer-focused products (application lifecycle, CI/CD, or platform tooling).
- Strong technical judgment and ability to translate developer workflows into intuitive product experiences.
- Experience engaging directly with engineering leaders and enterprise customers to discover and validate needs.
- Track record of prioritizing trade-offs across usability, scalability, reliability, and long-term platform leverage.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and written/verbal communication; able to influence without formal authority.
- Familiarity with Git workflows, observability concepts, secrets management, and production operations; SQL or technical tooling experience is a plus.
