Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and operate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and automation with Terraform and Ansible.
- Define and enforce GitOps patterns: repo topology, environment promotion, secrets handling, and drift remediation.
- Own lifecycle integration from local development to production: reproducible builds, validations, rollback policies and change control.
- Lead observability: operate Fluentd, Loki and Grafana; deliver structured logs, actionable metrics, tuned alerts and SLOs.
- Define deployment strategies (canary, blue/green, feature flags), secrets hygiene, SBOM/image hygiene, backups and resilience practices.
- Evaluate and introduce platform tools/practices aligned with operational constraints and team needs; mentor engineering teams.

Requirements:
- Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, container runtimes and runtime deployments.
- Skilled in observability tooling (Grafana, Loki, Fluentd), metrics, logging and SLO practices.
- Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash) and strong Linux networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
- Experience implementing GitOps at repo/layout and promotion levels, and handling secrets management and air-gapped constraints.
- Practical security and resilience mindset: backups, image hygiene/SBOMs, and baseline hardening.
