Senior Product Manager at TradingView

Responsibilities:
- Define and own product strategy, vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with company growth goals.
- Lead product discovery to identify user needs and market opportunities; validate hypotheses through A/B testing and experiments.
- Prioritise features based on user value, business impact and technical feasibility.
- Drive user acquisition, engagement and retention metrics through data-driven initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA and other teams to deliver high-quality features at scale.
- Track key product metrics, analyse user feedback and iterate on improvements; communicate progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of product management experience with customer-facing products and a proven record of shipping at scale.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with experimentation, A/B testing and metric-driven decision making.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid UX/UI sensibility and experience working closely with design teams.
- Good understanding of financial markets or a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.
- Comfortable working in a distributed/global team environment.
