Responsibilities:
- Design, operate, and scale systems that govern human and service access to AWS resources.
- Manage Teleport (or equivalent) infrastructure for secure access to servers, DBs, and Kubernetes clusters.
- Build and automate IAM workflows, enforcing least-privilege and audit-ready configurations.
- Implement and improve Just‑In‑Time (JIT) access and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Integrate access controls into IaC (Terraform) and collaborate with Cloud Control to embed security policies.
- Create monitors/alerts for access patterns and support internal/external audits with technical evidence.

Requirements:
- Production experience with AWS IAM, Organizations, and multi-account security models.
- Hands-on experience with Teleport or similar PAM/JIT tools.
- Strong Terraform skills for managing access-related infrastructure-as-code.
- Solid Linux and networking fundamentals (OIDC, SAML, SSH, TLS, TCP/IP).
- Experience scripting/engineering in Go and/or Python to automate workflows.
- Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) from an RBAC/access perspective.
- Security-first mindset, strong communication skills, and proven ability to work autonomously in fast-paced teams.
