Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product problems: research, design, ship, and iterate.
- Spend time with inspectors to redesign the mobile app and workflows based on field needs.
- Build systems that capture voice notes, photos, and video and automate report completion.
- Design how context is stored, fetched, and supplied to AI models (standards, media, intent).
- Evolve the workflow builder and the architecture for unstructured data, ensuring offline/online continuity.
- Collaborate across product, design, and research to keep the product simple and scalable.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience; strong product and technical judgment.
- Proven experience with mobile or full‑stack systems, data pipelines, and integrating AI services.
- Comfortable working onsite five days a week in Farringdon and engaging with users in the field.
- Strong ownership, communication skills, and ability to lead technical design decisions.
- Bias for shipping, iterating quickly, and validating solutions with real users.
