Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end development: talk to users, design solutions, implement, and measure impact.
- Build systems that capture voice notes, photos, and videos and automatically finish reports.
- Engineer context pipelines for AI: how to store, fetch and select standards, reports, media and intent.
- Evolve the workflow builder into adaptive, self-improving software.
- Design product architecture for unstructured data flow, offline/online sync, AI integration, and maintain product simplicity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of engineering experience with strong technical judgment and ownership.
- Proven experience building applications (mobile experience, especially React Native/Expo, is a strong plus).
- Deep understanding of integrating AI into product workflows and handling unstructured media/content.
- Comfortable making architectural decisions and working collaboratively in an in-person team environment.
- Agentic, result-focused mindset and willingness to work from the Farringdon office.
