Responsibilities:
- Design, operate and scale access infrastructure that governs human and service access to AWS (least-privilege by default).
- Manage Teleport (or equivalent) for secure access to servers, databases and Kubernetes clusters.
- Implement and automate IAM workflows, Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning and privileged access controls.
- Maintain and evolve Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) for access-related resources and security policies.
- Integrate access controls with cloud provisioning and monitoring; create alerts for anomalous access patterns.
- Support audits by producing technical evidence, closing gaps and ensuring compliance-ready systems.

Requirements:
- Production experience with AWS IAM, Organizations and multi-account security models.
- Hands-on experience with Teleport or similar PAM/JIT tooling and Terraform for IaC.
- Proficiency scripting/programming in Go and/or Python to automate workflows and tooling.
- Strong Linux and networking fundamentals (OIDC, SAML, SSH, TLS, TCP/IP) and container/RBAC knowledge for Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and the ability to translate audit requirements into technical solutions.
- Security-first mindset, proactive problem solving and clear communication in cross-functional teams.
