Responsibilities:
- Respond to alerts and incidents; lead triage and resolution to minimize downtime and impact.
- Support development teams during incidents and post-incident reviews; improve runbooks and documentation.
- Automate repetitive tasks and operational runbooks; build tooling to speed up delivery and debugging.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and application deployment workflows.
- Plan and execute migrations of infrastructure and application services with minimal disruption.
- Ensure system resilience, observability, capacity planning and performance tuning across services.
- Build and manage dynamic, reproducible environments for staging and testing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Bash, or Python.
- Experience administering SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and message brokers (RabbitMQ/Kafka).
- Strong Linux troubleshooting skills (networking, file systems, processes) and container tooling (Docker).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, Loki) and CI systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Good written and verbal communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills.
- Proactive automation mindset and willingness to mentor engineers and improve operational practices.
