Responsibilities:
- Build the AI agent platform for Superhuman Docs: design and implement orchestration, routing, and planning systems where multiple agents collaborate.
- Integrate LLMs and AI/ML components to create reliable, responsive user experiences.
- Design and implement APIs and services that enable agent collaboration and access to data and tools.
- Ship features quickly from prototype to production while maintaining high quality and reliability.
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and platform teams to shape product direction and prioritize impact.
- Contribute strong product sense to translate user needs into technical solutions and iterate from feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Significant software engineering experience with full-stack system design and production delivery.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with LLMs, agent-based workflows, and AI/ML integration.
- Strong skills in API design, distributed systems, and observability for production services.
- Ability to work autonomously in a high-impact, fast-moving environment and communicate effectively across teams.
