Responsibilities:
- Lead design and delivery of AI-native, full-stack solutions addressing cross-cutting product and platform needs.
- Drive pod-level architecture: backend services, APIs, frontend/developer-facing interfaces and integrations.
- Architect and integrate LLM-powered agents, tool uses and workflows into product contexts.
- Define and uphold engineering standards (code quality, testing, operational readiness, observability).
- Mentor and guide engineers through design reviews, code reviews and technical pairing.
- Represent pod technical direction in cross-team architecture discussions and stakeholder planning.
Requirements:
- 10+ years delivering scalable software with a full-stack focus (backend + frontend or developer UX).
- Demonstrated leadership in technical architecture for platforms or complex initiatives.
- Practical experience with LLM agents, AI platform tooling or deploying AI services to production.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), agentic frameworks and prompt engineering best practices.
- Strong programming background (Java/Kotlin on backend; TypeScript/React on frontend preferred).
- Comfortable leading in ambiguous, fast-evolving problem spaces and mentoring senior teammates.
Nice to have:
- Experience with A2A protocols, multi-agent orchestration, ML model evaluation or ML infrastructure.
