Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design, configuration and implementation of clinical trials on the Citrus platform.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between customers, Clinical Operations, Product and Commercial teams.
- Translate study protocols into technical requirements, data models and configuration plans.
- Manage trial deployment activities: integration, environment setup, validation and configuration testing.
- Support go-live and operational handover, troubleshoot issues and ensure study readiness.
- Produce clear technical documentation and run trainings/support for internal teams and customers.

Requirements:
- ~5+ years’ experience in clinical trial delivery roles (Data Manager, Solutions Engineer, Trial Manager or similar).
- Technical background via degree (Computer Science, (Bio-)Medical engineering) or hands-on experience in software, data management or technical PM work.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven project management capabilities and experience delivering to tight timelines.
- Attention to detail with ability to identify gaps in trial designs and surface risks early.
- Familiarity with clinical data flows, regulatory considerations and validation best practices is preferred.
