Responsibilities:
- Drive customer adoption of Claude Code: run technical workshops, demos and hands-on pilots.
- Lead proof-of-concept implementations and guide technical evaluations end-to-end.
- Discover customer workflows and propose tailored Claude Code integrations and configurations.
- Create demo environments, scripts and technical content to showcase value and support onboarding.
- Provide hands-on support during rollouts and build internal technical champions at customer sites.
- Collect product feedback from customers and coordinate with Product and Engineering for improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects and Product Engineers on complex technical cycles and expansion opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering or solutions architecture (or equivalent).
- Daily, hands-on familiarity with Claude Code and demonstrable experience using it in development workflows.
- 1+ year of customer-facing technical experience (sales engineering, consulting, support or similar).
- Strong understanding of developer toolchains, IDEs, CI/CD and software workflows.
- Comfortable building proofs of concept, running pilots and presenting technical concepts to engineering audiences.
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
