Responsibilities:
- Redesign, automate and digitalize end-to-end business processes using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build Power Apps front-ends, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports/dashboards for business users.
- Integrate solutions with Azure Functions, SharePoint, Dataverse, and databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Oracle).
- Develop backend logic and data processing using Python, PySpark or Scala when required.
- Use GitLab/GitHub for source control and collaborate in Agile teams using Jira/Confluence.
- Participate in testing, deployment, documentation and stakeholder communications; support data revision and supervision.
- Relocate to Málaga (mandatory) and work closely with bank stakeholders on transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in IT development, with at least 2 years working with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Python (or PySpark/Scala), and database integrations (SQL Server/Postgres/NoSQL/Oracle).
- Familiar with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions), Dataverse and SharePoint.
- Experience with CI/CD, GitLab/GitHub and orchestration tools (Control-M, Kafka) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, agile teamwork experience and good stakeholder communication.
- English C1 required; Spanish is a plus. Relevant degree or technical certification required.
