Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to digitalize banking processes.
- Build integrations with Azure Functions, Dataverse, SharePoint and backend databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Oracle).
- Implement backend data processing using Python, PySpark or Scala and ensure reliable data flows.
- Maintain code in GitLab/GitHub, follow CI/CD practices and collaborate in Agile teams using Jira/Confluence.
- Support data validation, monitoring and operational supervision; engage with stakeholders for requirements and testing.
- Relocate to Málaga (mandatory) and work closely with the bank’s digital transformation team.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in IT development, including 2+ years with Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Proficiency in Python and PowerShell; experience with PySpark/Scala for data tasks is desirable.
- Strong database experience (SQL Server, Postgres, NoSQL, Oracle) and knowledge of integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Azure services, MicroStrategy/Control-M/Kafka is a plus.
- Agile mindset, strong analytical skills and clear stakeholder communication.
- English C1 required; Spanish is a plus. Relevant degree or technical certification expected.
