Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain and optimize scalable backend services using Kotlin/Java.
- Design APIs, system components and integrations within the authorization domain (OAuth2).
- Work on high-impact features used by many internal teams; clarify requirements and propose solutions.
- Implement performance and reliability improvements and participate in on-call incident response.
- Integrate services with AWS, databases, message brokers and internal consumers.
- Own small-to-medium initiatives from design through production rollout.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in backend development with strong knowledge of a JVM language (Kotlin preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Micronaut or Spring, PostgreSQL, Redis and Kafka.
- Comfortable with ambiguous problem statements and able to design pragmatic solutions.
- Experience in platform or high-load product teams is a strong plus.
- B1+ English for cross-functional communication.
- Bonus: led non-trivial refactors, system design under uncertainty, or interest in learning Go.
