Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable AI products with emphasis on agentic and multi-agent systems.
- Define evaluation criteria and automated metrics for LLMs; run experiments and A/B evaluations.
- Build and operate MLOps pipelines for training, deployment, monitoring and CI/CD of models and prompt/embedding configs.
- Integrate RAG, fine-tuning and reinforcement-learning components into production workflows.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists and product to align AI capabilities with business needs.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers; promote reproducibility and best practices across the team.

Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science or equivalent experience.
- Proven hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered production applications and instrumenting evaluations.
- Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks such as LangChain and PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud-based deployments (AWS) and MLOps tooling (pipelines, feature stores, automated evaluations).
- Knowledge of fine-tuning, optimization, RAG, reinforcement learning and multi-agent architectures.
- Strong data intuition: designing metrics, inspecting raw logs and quickly identifying regressions.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills; proactive, collaborative and eager to learn.
