Responsibilities:
- Act as Tech Lead: architect, design and deliver new AI-driven features end-to-end.
- Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team in an agile environment; provide coaching, code reviews and technical guidance.
- Maintain high quality standards: testing, design patterns, and production reliability.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to plan work, manage dependencies and risks, and prioritise outcomes that deliver direct business value.
- Contribute to and communicate the technical strategy; help define and execute OKRs and sustainable roadmap decisions.
- Build cross-team relationships to unblock dependencies and increase transparency.
- Promote a high-performing, inclusive culture based on accountability and trust.

Requirements:
- 3+ years professional software development experience.
- Experience working with agile development teams and engineering practices (code review, testing, CI/CD).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for applying modern AI technologies to solve business problems and improve user experience.
- Motivation to manage complex projects and to mentor engineers and help them progress in their careers.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in regulated industries or prior people management is a plus.
