Responsibilities:
- Own aspects of the tax enablement product: client tax master data, client-facing tax features, and internal enablement tools.
- Design and improve self-service tax UX for clients across jurisdictions (overviews, submissions, documents).
- Define and prioritise user stories, prototypes, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineers and domain experts.
- Ensure tax data quality and structure to reliably feed multiple tax calculation engines and reporting systems.
- Support regulatory compliance processes and integrate requirements from German and international tax rules.
- Contribute to the product roadmap and help streamline internal workflows to reduce manual effort.
Requirements:
- Some experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles; fintech/banking background is a plus.
- Strong affinity for UX, data structuring, and process improvement.
- Interest in taxation topics (e.g., CRS, local tax procedures) and translating them into product solutions.
- Comfortable in agile teams and familiar with Jira, Confluence, and design tools like Figma.
- Good communication skills in English; German is beneficial for local tax topics.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver compliant, user-friendly solutions.
