Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end product development for tax enablement features, from discovery to launch.
- Build and evolve client tax master data structures to feed tax engines and downstream reporting.
- Design client-facing self-service tax experiences (overviews, submissions, document handling).
- Develop internal tooling and workflows to improve tax calculation, review, and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and domain experts to prioritise and deliver features.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap with a focus on data quality, UX, and regulatory compliance.
- Validate requirements with stakeholders and help prepare user stories, prototypes, and acceptance criteria.
Requirements:
- Initial experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role (fintech or banking preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality and process efficiency.
- Interest in tax topics (German and international), regulatory processes, and client-facing UX.
- Comfortable working in agile teams and using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Good communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage.
- Eagerness to learn tax systems and translate legal/regulatory requirements into product solutions.
