(Senior) Product Manager - Mobile Apps (m/f/x) at Scalable GmbH

Responsibilities:
- Own the mobile product for native iOS and Android: define vision, roadmap and success metrics.
- Lead and enable the mobile team: prioritize backlog, run agile ceremonies, unblock delivery and manage dependencies.
- Drive UX quality: collaborate closely with designers and domain experts to craft intuitive, high-conversion flows.
- Coordinate releases: align marketing, feature teams and platform engineers for scheduled app launches and rollouts.
- Use data and research: translate analytics, user feedback and competitor insights into prioritized product work.
- Evangelize mobile strategy across B2C and B2B stakeholders and act as the product subject-matter expert.

Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience, including ownership of mobile apps (iOS and/or Android).
- Strong knowledge of mobile platform constraints, app store processes, push notifications and universal links.
- Proven experience running agile teams, managing roadmaps and coordinating cross-functional releases.
- Comfortable with product analytics and user research to define and measure success metrics.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence and Figma; excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach with the ability to prioritize and make trade-offs in fast-moving environments.
