Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain the core Flutter application architecture for scalability and long-term maintainability.
- Create and maintain shared UI components, libraries and developer tooling.
- Partner with the AI team to integrate agentic and model-driven features in the mobile product.
- Operate mobile DevOps workflows: CI/CD, release management and app store distribution.
- Profile and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure a smooth UX.
- Promote comprehensive testing practices (unit, integration, UI) across the codebase.
- Mentor and coach engineers to raise code quality and team capability.
- Coordinate closely with product, design and backend stakeholders to ship consistent features.
Requirements:
- Multiple years of production mobile engineering experience with architectural ownership.
- Expert-level knowledge of Flutter and Dart and experience building reusable packages.
- Practical experience setting up and maintaining mobile CI/CD and release pipelines.
- Interest in applying AI to mobile apps and collaborating with ML/AI teams.
- Strong testing discipline and experience with automated test suites for mobile.
- Excellent collaboration, communication and mentorship skills.
