Responsibilities:
- Own the Flutter app’s architecture, drive design decisions for scalability and maintainability.
- Build and improve shared components, SDKs, and tooling to accelerate mobile development.
- Integrate AI features with the AI team, ensuring reliable on-device or backend-assisted behavior.
- Manage mobile CI/CD pipelines, release processes and app store submissions.
- Drive performance profiling and fixes to maintain a responsive user experience.
- Define and enforce testing strategies: unit, integration and UI tests.
- Mentor engineers, promote best practices and help grow the mobile team.
- Work closely with product, design and backend teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
Requirements:
- Several years of hands-on experience delivering production mobile apps with architectural responsibility.
- Deep knowledge of Flutter and Dart, including package and plugin development.
- Proven experience with mobile DevOps: CI/CD, release orchestration and app store workflows.
- Interest and/or experience integrating AI capabilities into mobile products.
- Strong testing mindset and experience implementing automated test suites.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, plus experience mentoring peers.
