Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Infrastructure PaaS on Kubernetes: cluster lifecycle, deployments, scaling and reliability.
- Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform for AWS resources and networking.
- Design, configure and maintain Istio service mesh for security, traffic management and observability.
- Improve and automate CI/CD pipelines (GitLab / ArgoCD) and recurring operational tasks (Ansible, Helm).
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve platform incidents to maintain high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enable self-service platform capabilities and secure connectivity/SSO.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE or platform engineering roles with production experience.
- Strong AWS cloud knowledge and practical Terraform experience.
- Production Kubernetes expertise and familiarity with service mesh (Istio) and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD/GitLab).
- Solid Linux fundamentals and scripting ability (Shell/Bash) plus coding in Python, Go or Java.
- Experience with distributed systems and data stores (Elasticsearch, Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Good spoken/written English (B1+) to work with international teams.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience building highly available, high-throughput systems and custom K8s operators.
