Responsibilities:
- Build and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on Localization Hub and future internal Building Blocks.
- Drive technical architecture, migrate the platform to a scalable design, and establish engineering standards and best practices.
- Stay hands-on: contribute to architecture, code reviews, and key implementation work during early stages.
- Partner with Product to translate business priorities into engineering roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Implement CI/CD, automated testing, and repeatable delivery practices that scale across teams.
- Coach and mentor engineers through regular feedback, career development, and hiring.
- Identify and adopt AI capabilities that improve engineering productivity and product features.
Requirements:
- Proven experience hiring, mentoring, and growing engineering teams at scale.
- Strong background designing and evolving production architectures for internal platforms or complex backend systems.
- Track record delivering internal developer platforms, developer tooling, or service-oriented architectures.
- Deep understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, and engineering processes.
- Hands-on experience with modern backend stacks (TypeScript, Go, or equivalent) and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong collaboration skills with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Passion for developer experience, platform reusability, and building long-term technical foundations.
