Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a single semantic "Source of Truth" for the Player Care department to enable reliable ad-hoc analysis by non-technical leads.
- Design, implement, and maintain operational dashboards (CSAT, SLA, workload metrics) tailored to Support and Trust & Safety teams.
- Define and validate operational metrics to ensure consistent calculations across reports and tools.
- Mentor and assist support teams with SQL, data literacy, and query composition.
- Design and run A/B tests to evaluate support and safety initiatives; analyze results and measure impact on business metrics.
- Perform time-series forecasting for workload and staffing based on LiveOps calendar; analyze correlations between support quality, bugs, and player behavior (VIP focus).
- Collaborate on fraud detection and risk analysis; develop models and alerts for account abuse and social engineering.

Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience; hands-on BI experience (Tableau or equivalents).
- Proven experience in product or operational analytics and building reliable metric layers.
- Solid knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability, causal inference, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience with time-series forecasting and designing predictive signals (VIP churn prediction is a plus).
- Familiarity with ClickHouse, dbt, or modern analytics stacks and advocacy for AI tooling where applicable.
- Excellent communication, patience, and ability to translate technical results for operational teams.
