Responsibilities:
- Co-own product vision and roadmap with the CTPO; translate company goals into a clear product strategy.
- Lead end-to-end product discovery and delivery: user research, problem framing, prioritisation, launches and iteration.
- Define and deliver AI-first, agentic features across Web, Desktop and Mobile; manage the AI product lifecycle.
- Establish product processes, success metrics and KPIs; build scalable practices for a growing product organisation.
- Align and influence cross-functional teams (engineering, design, exec) to move quickly and maintain product quality.
Requirements:
- Fluent German (written and spoken) — mandatory.
- 3+ years as a Product Manager on engineering-heavy, technically complex products.
- Proven experience delivering AI-powered features/products and managing AI lifecycle activities.
- Demonstrated autonomy as a founding or lead PM and track record of end-to-end ownership.
- Strong technical foundation (technical degree or hands-on engineering/PM experience).
- Data-driven decision making: define, track and act on KPIs.
- Nice to have: B2B SaaS, sales tech or conversational AI background; familiarity with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce); startup experience.
