Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end deployments across on-premise and hybrid customer environments, including commissioning and go-live support.
- Automate deployment workflows, CI/CD pipelines and rollback/recovery procedures; produce runbooks and standard operating procedures.
- Configure and validate infrastructure components (compute, storage, clusters, networking, mTLS, PKI) for production readiness.
- Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure incidents; support Customer Success and coordinate escalations.
- Monitor system health, capacity and lifecycle activities (patching, upgrades, backups) and feed improvements back into tooling.
- Work with internal teams and customer IT on network/security integration and document site-specific configurations.
Requirements:
- Strong Linux systems administration experience and hands-on with container runtimes (Docker, Docker Compose) and Kubernetes in production.
- Solid networking knowledge (VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, DNS) and experience integrating OT/IT environments is a plus.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and CI/CD platforms (GitLab) and Git.
- Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) and certificate/PKI management.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, customer-facing communication and ability to operate in diverse, constrained networks.
- Nice to have: air-gapped deployments, Helm/GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD), Debian packaging or relevant certifications (CKA, RHCE, LPIC).
