About the role

Responsibilities:
- Develop backend services for the Inventory domain and integrate with Third Party Logistics providers.
- Contribute to product strategy, roadmap and backlog; help define priorities and scope.
- Manage end-to-end product development from discovery through execution alongside engineering peers.
- Implement and improve monitoring, alerting and operational practices for production systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Support an inclusive team culture and help shape team processes.

Requirements:
- Proficient in a Java-based language (Kotlin or Java); ability to learn new languages and technologies quickly.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and relational/query engines (PostgreSQL, SQLite, Presto/Trino) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of operating services at scale, including monitoring and alerting best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Curious, pragmatic and eager to learn within a cross-functional environment. Knowledge of PHP is a plus but not required.
