Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and technical direction for the Flutter mobile codebase to ensure reliability and scale.
- Build reusable components, internal SDKs and developer tools to speed up feature delivery.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD, automated testing and app store release processes.
- Partner with AI engineers to embed agentic and model-driven features into mobile experiences.
- Triage and resolve performance issues and production incidents; maintain observability and SLAs.
- Coach and mentor engineers, run reviews and promote a high-quality engineering culture.
Requirements:
- Proven multi-year experience (5+) building production Flutter/Dart apps with architectural ownership.
- Practical mobile DevOps skills: CI/CD, release management and app store deployment experience.
- Strong testing discipline across unit, integration and UI tests and a focus on performance.
- Interest or hands-on experience integrating AI/ML features into client applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working with product, design and backend teams.
- Available to collaborate with the Berlin team (onsite options and relocation support available).
