Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Flutter mobile foundation: architecture, code health and long-term scalability.
- Create and maintain shared libraries, developer tools and CI/CD pipelines to streamline releases.
- Integrate AI-driven features and collaborate closely with the AI team on model delivery for mobile.
- Define and enforce testing strategies (unit, integration, UI) and observability for production stability.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure a fast, reliable user experience.
- Mentor engineers, lead code reviews and work cross-functionally with product and design.
Requirements:
- Several years (5+) building and operating production apps using Flutter and Dart with architectural scope.
- Direct experience with mobile DevOps: CI/CD, app signing, store submissions and release automation.
- Strong testing and performance optimization skills across client-side code and release pipelines.
- Curiosity or experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into mobile products.
- Proven ability to coach teammates, communicate across functions and drive engineering quality.
- Comfortable working with the Berlin-based team; remote flexibility per company policy.
