Responsibilities:
- Design and evolve automation as an internal product to support the full software delivery lifecycle (code → production).
- Improve reliability, consistency and usability of CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
- Identify manual, error-prone or slow workflows and replace them with automated solutions.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to increase delivery safety, resilience and observability.
- Define reusable build/test/deploy/rollback patterns and embed security and quality checks into pipelines.
- Improve developer experience via better tooling, documentation and self-service capabilities; use metrics and feedback to iterate.
Requirements:
- Background as a Software Engineer, SRE, DevOps or Platform Engineer with a strong automation mindset.
- Proven experience building or improving CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.).
- Comfortable writing automation in a general-purpose language (Python, Go or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers/Kubernetes or ECS, and IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with observability, reliability practices and developer productivity tooling.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to navigate unfamiliar codebases and propose pragmatic improvements.
