Responsibilities:
- Deliver backend features for the Acquire team within the Grow & Engage domain: discovery, design, develop, test, deploy and maintain services that improve customer acquisition and onboarding.
- Own individual project priorities and collaborate with team members through knowledge sharing and peer review.
- Propose improvements and prototypes during GSDD and stay current with technology trends.

Requirements:
- Professional experience building production services with a JVM language and Spring Boot (Kotlin is a plus).
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture and experience with relational and non-relational databases (Postgres preferred).
- Familiarity with modern cloud architectures (AWS preferred), security-aware development, and a bias for action.
- Commitment to writing well-tested, well-documented code and to giving/receiving timely feedback.
