Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of the core frontend interface connecting users to AI agents and data sources.
- Build and maintain the design system, shared UI patterns, and Tailwind-based styling across the app.
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows for review, approval, exception handling, and reconciliation tasks.
- Integrate diverse data inputs (emails, portals, bank feeds, file storage) into usable product flows.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders; iterate on UX based on feedback.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations to ensure practical, trustworthy automation.
Requirements:
- 1–7 years of professional frontend development experience with strong TypeScript and React skills.
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and building or evolving design systems for complex applications.
- Track record building workflow-driven interfaces that include review/approval and exception handling flows.
- Experience running or supporting user research and usability tests to inform product decisions.
- Strong product intuition and UX craft, especially for human-in-the-loop and trust-building interactions.
- Nice-to-have: interest in AI-agent UX, familiarity with private markets or financial operations, and willingness to work on-site in Berlin (visa sponsorship available).
