Responsibilities:
- Build end-to-end features with the founding and research teams, owning design through production.
- Scale and maintain the Python backend powering the RAG engine and data ingestion pipelines.
- Develop features for the analytics platform and client integrations using React and Python.
- Maintain and improve the React SDK used by customers and internal tooling.
- Experiment with and implement ML/LLM-driven features; help productionize models and RAG workflows.
- Ship quickly, participate in code reviews and keep documentation and tests up to date.

Requirements:
- 3+ years full-stack experience with Python backend and React frontend in production systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with RAG/LLM/NLP applications.
- Demonstrated experience with machine learning or deep learning workflows and integration into services.
- Solid CS fundamentals (degree or equivalent practical experience) and comfort working in a small startup team.
- Nice-to-have: prior startup experience, notable open-source contributions, published research or standout projects.
