Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end features across backend and frontend: design, implement and ship product work.
- Build and improve AI-powered capabilities: agent workflows, model pipelines and prompt engineering.
- Integrate and operate OpenAI models and other LLMs in production systems.
- Deploy and maintain services using Docker and Kubernetes; ensure reliable operations and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, design and infra to plan, iterate and deliver features quickly.
- Improve internal AI-native tooling and developer workflows used daily by the team.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years experience in backend or AI engineering (strong projects/new grads considered).
- Hands-on experience integrating OpenAI/LLMs and applying prompt engineering in production.
- Proven ability to build backend systems or model pipelines for production use.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and deployment practices.
- Frontend experience with Next.js, React and TypeScript for full-stack feature work.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or Firestore (GCP) and service orchestration.
- Eligible to work in Germany and able to work on-site in Munich full-time (visa sponsorship available).
