Responsibilities:
- Own analysis that drives Financial Health strategy: identify at-risk cohorts, generate insights, and recommend product or operational changes.
- Design and run experiments, A/B tests and cohort analyses to measure impact of interventions for customers in financial difficulty.
- Build and maintain Looker dashboards, reports and metrics to monitor performance, compliance and operational controls.
- Partner with Product, Data Science and Analytical Engineering to translate questions into data models and productionised metrics.
- Support regulatory reporting and ensure processes and controls meet compliance requirements.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and influence decision-making with data storytelling.

Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Google BigQuery, dbt and Looker (or equivalent BI tooling).
- Proficiency in Python for analysis and automation, and solid statistical/experiment design knowledge.
- Experience working in product or risk/credit teams, preferably in financial services or fintech.
- Ability to structure complex problems, produce reproducible analyses and deliver actionable recommendations independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working in an agile cross-functional team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to lending or financial support is desirable.
