Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain secure, up-to-date application templates and best-practice reference implementations to reduce time-to-market.
- Lead the design of microservice architecture patterns, central integration libraries, and shared components used across product teams.
- Drive company-wide technology migrations and standardize approaches to security, performance, and cost management.
- Prototype and promote serverless and storage improvements; optimize CI/CD and developer workflows for scale.
- Work with product and platform teams to gather requirements, enable onboarding, and champion AI-assisted developer tools.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Kotlin/Java and Spring Boot in cloud-native microservice architectures.
- Proficiency with AWS services, Terraform (IaC), CI/CD tooling and observability for distributed systems.
- Familiarity with messaging, proxies and integration tools (Kafka, Envoy, GraphQL) and security best practices.
- Strong collaborative skills, ability to drive cross-team changes and mentor engineering teams on framework usage.
