Responsibilities:
- Architect, build and maintain application templates and reference implementations (Spring Boot, Node.js, Python Lambdas) to enable fast, secure service delivery.
- Own core integration libraries and central architectural components used across 40+ application teams.
- Drive technology migrations (e.g., Spring Boot upgrades) and standardize best practices for security, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Research and prototype serverless and storage improvements; optimize CI/CD and cloud infrastructure for scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support teams adopting the framework; promote AI-assisted coding practices.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Kotlin/Java and Spring Boot in production microservice environments.
- Solid knowledge of AWS, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and distributed system patterns.
- Experience with integrations and tooling (GraphQL, Envoy, Kafka or similar) and focus on security and performance.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work with many teams, and a pragmatic mindset for realtime product needs.
