Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product delivery for internal Robo Trading tools in a greenfield project (concept → launch → iteration).
- Define product vision, roadmap and success metrics for trading conditions and execution capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering, quant developers and operations to design scalable, low-latency execution paths.
- Ensure production readiness: testing, monitoring, compliance and cost-efficient compute for burst workloads.
- Lead cross-functional alignment, run agile processes and prioritize features by impact and risk.
Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience in wealth, trading or capital markets, with exposure to execution systems preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices and designing for scale and resilience.
- Ability to translate quantitative/technical requirements into product specifications and to work with quants/engineers.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making and experience defining product KPIs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, agile delivery experience and fluent English communication.
