Responsibilities:
- Own the full product lifecycle for local taxation features across international jurisdictions (discovery → delivery → iteration).
- Create and maintain the product roadmap aligning tax solutions with client needs and Scalable’s strategy.
- Translate complex tax rules (double taxation, cost-basis methods, loss offsetting) into clear user journeys and product requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, legal/compliance and external partners to ensure regulatory correctness and smooth integration.
- Run agile processes, manage priorities, timelines and cross-team dependencies to deliver on schedule.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years product management experience, preferably in financial services, banking or capital markets.
- Demonstrable interest in international taxation and willingness to learn jurisdictional tax details.
- Strong analytical skills, experience using data to inform product decisions and define requirements.
- Proficiency with agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma) and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Clear communication in English and ability to work with cross-functional and regulatory teams.
