About the role

Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean and analyze large datasets (marketing, in-app events, product, monetization) to produce actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Metabase, Looker, Tableau) for tracking KPIs and business trends.
- Design and maintain dimensional data models and collaborate on instrumentation for accurate metrics.
- Conduct cohort analysis, segmentation and funnel analyses to improve acquisition, retention and monetization.
- Partner with marketing, product, finance and data engineering to align on goals, share results and support data-driven decisions.
- Support ML initiatives by preparing validated datasets and contributing to feature engineering when needed.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis roles, preferably in B2C apps or mobile gaming.
- Strong SQL and Python skills for querying, manipulation and automation.
- Proven experience with dashboarding tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau) and communicating insights to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with dbt/Dataform and version control (Git) for reproducible transformations.
- Knowledge of mobile analytics platforms (Adjust, Firebase) and user attribution methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex analyses to non-technical audiences.
- Nice to have: A/B testing experience and experiment evaluation knowledge.
