Responsibilities:
- Lead the greenfield development of internal Robo Trading tools: define scope, build the value chain (trading conditions → execution) and own delivery.
- Define product strategy, roadmap and KPIs to support millions-of-trades bursts with cost-efficient compute.
- Work closely with engineers, quants and ops to design scalable, low-latency execution and monitoring.
- Ensure robust testing, compliance alignment and production readiness for trading systems.
- Manage stakeholders, prioritize features, run agile ceremonies and enable data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years product experience in wealth, trading or capital markets, preferably with execution/robo products.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices and scaling trade execution workloads.
- Comfort working with quant/engineering teams and translating technical constraints into product decisions.
- Data-driven mindset, experience setting product metrics and prioritizing by impact and risk.
- Excellent stakeholder management, agile delivery experience and strong English communication skills.
