Responsibilities:
- Design and build production-grade backend systems and APIs that integrate LLMs and AI services into fintech products.
- Implement agentic AI workflows and orchestration using modern frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) to support intelligent features.
- Extend and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and improve CI/CD pipelines for AI deployments.
- Add testing, monitoring and observability to ensure model and service reliability, performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Product and Platform teams to define interfaces, requirements and rollout plans.
- Keep up-to-date with AI integration patterns and recommend scalable architectures and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Several years of professional Python development experience building backend/cloud systems.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform (IaC), Docker and CI/CD tooling.
- Experience integrating LLM/AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google etc.) and working with orchestration frameworks.
- Strong skills in API design, testing, monitoring and production reliability practices.
- Good communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams in a regulated/fintech environment.
