Responsibilities:
- Design, operate and evolve Kubernetes platforms for production at scale (cluster lifecycle, ingress, service meshes, cert-manager).
- Build and maintain Helm charts and Kustomize for repeatable deployments; manage OKD/OpenShift platform components.
- Automate platform provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Helm and related tooling.
- Design and run CI/CD and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD) to enable reliable deployments.
- Develop automation and platform tooling using Go, Python or Bash.
- Implement observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and define SLI/SLO frameworks.
- Integrate security and compliance best practices into platform architectures; produce runbooks, ADRs and documentation.
- Collaborate with distributed teams and mentor engineers to improve platform practices.
Requirements:
- Several years in DevOps/platform engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of daily production experience operating Kubernetes clusters and core platform components.
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Helm.
- Practical experience with OKD/OpenShift.
- Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD desirable).
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry and SLI/SLO concepts.
- Proficiency in Go or Python (Bash scripting acceptable).
- Knowledge of platform security, compliance, incident response and strong cross-team communication skills.
