Responsibilities:
- Design, operate and evolve Kubernetes-based platforms for large-scale production environments.
- Manage cluster lifecycles, ingress controllers, service mesh components, cert-manager and related platform services.
- Build and maintain Helm charts / Kustomize configurations for repeatable deployments.
- Implement and run GitOps CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD or equivalent) and platform provisioning via Terraform.
- Create automation and platform tooling using Go, Python or Bash.
- Implement observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry and SLI/SLO frameworks for distributed systems.
- Embed security and compliance best practices into platform architecture and operational processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams; contribute to roadmaps and mentor engineers.
- Produce and maintain runbooks, architecture decision records and operational documentation.
Requirements:
- Several years in DevOps/platform engineering or a closely related role.
- At least 1 year of hands-on production experience managing Kubernetes clusters and core platform components.
- Strong practical experience with Terraform and Helm for automation and configuration management.
- Hands-on experience with OKD/OpenShift deployments and platform tooling.
- Proven experience with GitOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD or similar).
- Comfortable scripting and building tools in Go, Python or Bash.
- Experience implementing observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and defining SLI/SLOs.
- Solid understanding of platform security, compliance and operational best practices.
- Effective communicator, able to document solutions and mentor peers.
